To return a product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at support@shopfbg.ca  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Fresh Brand Gear will accept the following items for returns:
- Products with printing defects or not produced according to order
- Items with manufacturing damage or defects.
- Items damaged in shipment 

Fresh Brand Gear will only accept limited returns for the following items:
- Products produced as ordered
- Free or promotional items
- Items ordered through Bulk Orders 

Because Fresh Brand Gear products are a one-of-a-kind item created especially for its customers, we do not accept returns for products that are produced as ordered. Please contact us at support@shopfbg.ca within 15 days of receiving your order so we may assist you
